Drive Business Transformation with Rotork

Rotork is embarking on a major business transformation, DRIVE, to modernize our systems, streamline processes, and enhance collaboration to deliver greater value to our customers.

The DRIVE initiative involves the implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Supply Chain Management, including standardized processes documented and maintained across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Lead Solution Architect to drive Enterprise Architecture for DRIVE across Factories, Selling Entities, and Dependencies programs.
  • Support IT Function Leads/Function Deployment Leads with solution-related queries and requests from BT DRIVE Programme/Project Managers.
  • Ensure solution changes are understood and assessed alongside Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Act as the solution governance across processes, platforms, systems, and applications.
  • Consolidate, deliver, and review/approve deliverables required for each deployment phase, including updated solution blueprints and solution design documents.
  • Support architecture governance in identifying opportunities for appropriate system use.
  • Analyze business requirements with the Business Analysis team and ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations and current/future technology capabilities.
  • Document platform solution architecture across processes, software, data, and infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Experience with D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) and Configure Price Quote solutions (e.g., e-Con/Experlogix) for complex quoting scenarios.
  • Knowledge of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management with product configurators and product configurations & bill of materials (BOMs) linking to items/products.
  • General CRM/ERP cross-system knowledge and experience, including handoffs and integrations.
  • Understanding of Project Execution (use of Project Management Accounting in D365 F&SCM and integrating to D365 CE for Sales/Field Service).
  • Appreciation and understanding of product data management across ERPs and CRMs.
  • Experience with large technology projects, including strategic and tactical planning, implementation, analysis, design, and deployment.
