Position Overview:
Business Process Specialist needed for a prominent, award-winning professional services firm. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility with 1-2 days per week onsite.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate within a pivotal team to design, develop, test, and implement new workflows on our clients' Business Process Platforms utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Assess and, when necessary, enhance applications developed within Business Process Platforms to ensure optimal efficiency, quality, security, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of both new and existing Business Processes to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Create and sustain reports and management information for both internal and external stakeholders across various platforms.
  • Engage with teams across different IT departments to create processes that seamlessly integrate with other systems and applications.
  • Provide support and guidance to Business Users and IT Teams regarding Business Process Applications and other IT Development tools.
  • Address requests promptly and effectively while managing the expectations of internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity or practical experience with Workflow and Business Process applications.
  • Experience working within an Agile team environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of JavaScript and/or T-SQL queries.
  • A methodical and analytical approach to work, demonstrating a proactive and driven attitude.
  • Experience participating in projects as an active team member.

Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with K2.
  • Understanding of HTML / Visual Basic.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
