Domino's Shift Manager Opportunity

A challenging and rewarding role has become available for a Shift Manager to join the Domino's team in Farnborough Central. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set and implement store standards and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient operations.
  • Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs and company policies.
  • Manage labour costs, overheads, and budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Implement and maintain effective IT systems and data security.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies and activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage shop merchandising, layout, and customer traffic flow to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate stock management and food delivery processes.
  • Maintain health and safety, security, and emergency systems to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Hold regular review meetings with staff to discuss performance and targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume retail food service environment.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Desire to progress to an Area Manager role.
