About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of pupils. You will work closely with the class team to create a supportive learning environment, foster positive relationships, and promote academic excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that address the complex SEMH needs of pupils.
  • Collaborate with the class team to provide individualized support and guidance.
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for success.
  • Contribute to the development of a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in teaching SEN students.
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
