About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Bank Senior Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with fitness professionals and clinicians to deliver high-quality, effective clinical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based, safe, and effective clinical care that meets the needs of our patients.
  • Adhere to our values and beliefs, which include being enterprising, passionate, independent, and caring.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring of treatment standards and participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
  • Be compliant with professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. You will also have evidence of further professional training and continual professional development, reflecting your desire to develop as a practitioner.

We are looking for a confident communicator with excellent clinical reasoning skills, who is able to engage effectively with the general public and other healthcare professionals. You will also be a competent and confident IT user, with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively.
