About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our team. You will work closely with SEN students to facilitate their educational and personal growth in a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with SEN students to identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans to support SEN students' progress.
  • Collaborate with lead teachers to ensure seamless integration of SEN students into classroom activities.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
  • Previous experience working with children with special needs.
