About Newport City Homes:

We are a housing association providing affordable homes to our community. We are seeking a highly skilled People Systems and Data Analyst to join our team.

This role will play a key part in ensuring we have the right people systems and data in place to support our business objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across NCH to develop and maintain our people systems, including HRIS and other core systems.

They will also provide data insights and analysis to inform business decisions, helping us to make informed choices about our workforce and operations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our customers and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about data and people, with excellent analytical skills and experience working with HR systems.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,132 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our people systems, including HRIS and other core systems
  • Provide data insights and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with colleagues across NCH to ensure seamless system integration
