Club Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team at David Lloyd Leisure. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing and product teams, to stay informed on the latest offerings and promotions.

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry or with a similar company.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, with experience using data analytics to inform sales strategies.

• A competitive salary range of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
