This Interim Solicitor-Litigation & Contracts Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience in Environmental Health, Licensing, Waste Management and Health and Safety Law. You will be responsible for managing a broad caseload and providing advice and support on all areas primarily related to Contracts, Environmental Health, Licensing, Waste Management and Health and Safety.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified barrister, Solicitor or FILEX (able to obtain or has a current practising certificate).
- Knowledge and experience in Environmental Health, Licensing, Waste Management and Health and Safety Law.
- Sound working knowledge of local government law and practice.
- Experience in practice as a qualified solicitor or barrister.
- Experience of dealing with the public.
- Excellent computer skills, to include Microsoft office packages.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written to include presentation of complex and contentious issues to a wide and varied audience.
- Ability to research and analyse complex information.
Estimated Salary: £20.85 per hour PAYE
