Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, with a proven ability to drive success through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaign plans that align with client goals, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
- Execution & Management: Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
- Creative Briefing: Work closely with creative teams to develop campaign assets, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and other content. Ensure all creative aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including strategy, design, content, and media buying, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaign execution.
- Post-Campaign Analysis: Conduct thorough post-campaign evaluations, including performance reviews and lessons learned.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
