Simon Acres Group is seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Design Specialist to join our team. As a Kitchen Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional kitchen design solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing kitchens using CAD software (2020 Fusion)
  • Understanding client briefs and turning them into reality, exceeding all expectations
  • Producing quotes taking into account client design constraints
  • Establishing client budgets
  • Dealing with prospective and existing clients in person and via telephone
  • Converting leads into sales and achieving sales targets
  • Conducting on-site visits to measure up and gather relevant information
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Kitchen Designer
  • Strong and proven track record of sales success
  • Experience in using CAD software
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • High attention to detail, professional with an excellent sales acumen
  • Full driving license with own car is essential to carry out customer visits
