About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team at Investigo. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real impact in a dynamic organization undergoing large-scale system transformation and change programme.

The successful candidate will have experience working in fast-paced Business Analysis roles, preferably with a background in managing internal systems implementations and/or software upgrades. They will be responsible for ensuring projects meet business requirements, gathering IT requirements, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to scope deliverables.

This role offers a unique blend of challenge and variety, making it an ideal fit for an experienced Business Analyst looking to take their career to the next level.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary package for this position is up to 50k/55k per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and flexible working arrangements.

Job Description:

As an IT Business Analyst, you will work closely with business leaders and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. You will also collaborate with external vendors and third-party providers to establish project scope and user requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring that IT project costs are aligned with business needs and budget
2. Reporting to business leaders and internal stakeholders on project progress and outcomes
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. Proven experience in Business Analysis, preferably in an IT-related field
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
