As a Senior Hardware Engineer at SRG, you will be responsible for developing internal processes to meet the business, user-experience, and operating needs of a rapidly growing company.

You will take leadership of fast-turnaround mechatronic projects, ensuring solid Design for Manufacturing and Design for Maintenance to facilitate worldwide technology deployment.

Working with the Hardware Systems Architect, you will ensure consistent engineering practices and technologies are applied across all products.

You will improve company efficiency in short timelines to maximize the value created by existing and future technology products in a human-centric system.

Additionally, you will introduce new processes and operational functions across the organization by integrating all components into highly efficient workflows, decreasing costs, increasing quality, improving turn-around-time, and maximizing the overall throughput of the organization.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hardware Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering, design, or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in design, development, testing, and launch of hardware and mechatronics solutions, including at least two years of leadership of engineering design projects.

Expertise in either precision fluid handling or multi-degree-of-freedom moving systems is required.
