About the Role

We are seeking a talented Midweight Creative Designer to join our team at a leading retail design agency. As a key member of our design team, you will work collaboratively with our Account Managers and report directly to the Head of Creative to design innovative retail experiences for top brands.

Your primary focus will be on creating cutting-edge 3D installations, brand activations, and shop-in-shop designs that exceed client expectations. You will lead your own creative projects, working closely with production partners to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in interior, exhibition, architectural, or retail design, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to tell compelling brand stories. Your technical skills should include proficiency in VRay, 3DSMax, Vectorworks, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Experience working on briefs through to manufacturing stage is highly desirable.

As a strong communicator, you will be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution. If you are a creative problem-solver with a passion for retail design, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
