At Connells, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic residential Lettings team in Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in generating and booking valuations, conducting accurate market appraisals, and negotiating tenancies to maximize branch income and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to:

  • Generate and book valuations
  • Conduct accurate market appraisals and valuations
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies
  • Maximize branch income and profitability

Requirements

  • Estate Agency experience, preferably in Lettings Negotiation or Sales Negotiation
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving license
