Job Title: Senior Practitioner - Safeguarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to lead our safeguarding efforts and provide support to frontline practitioners working with young people at risk of child sexual exploitation (CSE).

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of CSE, trauma, and safeguarding principles. As a Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing oversight and support to frontline practitioners working with young people at risk of CSE
  • Leading on safeguarding efforts, ensuring the highest standards of practice and compliance
  • Developing and delivering training programs for staff and young people on CSE, trauma, and healthy relationships
  • Working closely with the management team to develop and implement effective strategies to prevent CSE
