We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team at HR Solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for securing funding for our Enterprises, Training, and Supported Housing services.
Key Responsibilities- Compile and maintain a database of relevant funding opportunities to inform fundraising strategies
- Evaluate opportunities with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Develop and submit compelling funding proposals to trusts, foundations, and other sources
- Build and maintain relationships with funders to promote the impact of our work and identify new opportunities
- Work with the Director of Finance to develop budgets and financial reports to support funding applications
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with funding requirements and deliver high-quality projects
- Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities to support our activities
- Monitor and report on fundraising performance to senior leadership
- Proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of securing significant funding from trusts, foundations, and other sources
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and complete them accurately and to deadline
- Strong relationships-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with funders and stakeholders
- Knowledge of fundraising trends and best practices in the housing sector
