About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team at HR Solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for securing funding for our Enterprises, Training, and Supported Housing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and maintain a database of relevant funding opportunities to inform fundraising strategies
  • Evaluate opportunities with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop and submit compelling funding proposals to trusts, foundations, and other sources
  • Build and maintain relationships with funders to promote the impact of our work and identify new opportunities
  • Work with the Director of Finance to develop budgets and financial reports to support funding applications
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with funding requirements and deliver high-quality projects
  • Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities to support our activities
  • Monitor and report on fundraising performance to senior leadership
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of securing significant funding from trusts, foundations, and other sources
  • Ability to manage multiple proposals and complete them accurately and to deadline
  • Strong relationships-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with funders and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of fundraising trends and best practices in the housing sector
