About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Practice Plus Group, a leading provider of NHS services to over 40,000 patients in secure environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the provision and delivery of an integrated, safe, legal, high-quality prison pharmaceutical service.
  • Work within the healthcare department and hold direct patient contact, promoting safe patient care and developing new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.
  • Provide outstanding quality-based patient-centred care, focusing on providing a safe and secure medicines management service.

Requirements

  • Hold NVQ Level 3, BTEC, or equivalent qualifications and have current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Relevant post-qualification experience working within a pharmacy environment and multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to work within a busy environment and unsupervised while following policy and procedures.
