About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Caretaking Specialist to join our team at East Riding of Yorkshire Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all corporate accommodation sites are clean, safe, and ready for occupation on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily site visits to inspect and maintain corporate accommodation properties
  • Provide a comprehensive cleaning and caretaking service to over 230 sites across the East Riding of Yorkshire
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure all sites are open, clean, and fit for occupation
