We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sustainability Manager to join our team in Halesowen, covering the West Midlands region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and advising dealership teams on compliance requirements.

Estimated Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and contribute to our success. As a Regional Sustainability Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting and advising dealership teams on all aspects of Motus and manufacturer compliance requirements;
  • Continually monitoring our compliance to an auditable pass standard throughout the year;
  • Implementing corrective actions identified by the Regional Director;
  • Undertaking accident investigations and monitoring data to identify causes and reduce risks;
  • Facilitating building maintenance, renovations, and projects while ensuring works are carried out safely and cost-effectively;
  • Negotiating and renewing maintenance contracts for serviceable items across the region;
  • Ensuring regional waste is handled and disposed of safely and cost-effectively;
  • Monthly reporting of sustainability statistics and liaising with depot energy champions to promote good practices;
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote a more inclusive environment that attracts diverse candidates and celebrates diversity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A NEBOSH General certificate or other formal safety qualification;
  • Excellent IT literacy skills;
  • Superb communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Project management and leadership skills;
  • A full clean driving license;
  • Knowledge of current legislation and ISO standards;
  • Understanding of compliance, health, and safety principles.
