Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development of care plans and risk assessments.
Working Arrangements:
- 4/3 rota basis providing a great work-life balance.
- Shifts: 07:00 - 14:00 or 16:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday and weekends.
- Mileage reimbursement at 45p per mile.
Locations:
- Carnoustie, Arbroath & Monifieth.
- Montrose, Forfar and Kirriemuir.
