Senior Orthotist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Orthotist to join our clinical team at Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality orthotic care to patients, as well as assisting in the education of graduate Orthotists and apprentice Orthotists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert orthotic care to patients, including assessment, prescription, and fabrication of orthoses.
  • Assist in the education of graduate Orthotists and apprentice Orthotists, including mentoring and training.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures related to orthotics.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Current State Registration HCPC certification.
  • BAPO membership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
