Job Opportunity

GSL Education is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Drama Educator to join their team in a dynamic school setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging drama lessons across various year groups, assessing and monitoring student progress, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to promote student learning and engagement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team.
  • Support students' academic and personal development through targeted interventions and guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's arts education program.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Strong subject knowledge in drama and experience teaching at secondary level is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies is essential.
