About This Role

This fixed-term Client Support Administrator position offers outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced friendly environment, providing a continuous professional and dedicated service. You will be the first point of contact for several well-known clients, delivering exceptional customer service while resolving queries and managing stock/order administration.



Duties and Responsibilities


  • Control the timely and accurate receipt of sales orders, ensuring they are available to the warehouse within agreed timeframes.
  • Manually key orders onto SAP, completing a 5-point check for each processed order.
  • Chase any missing or outstanding orders with the client, confirming receipt or non-receipt.
  • Manage duplicate receipts of orders, confirming with the client whether orders are to be processed or cancelled.
  • Control customer shelf life settings within SAP.
  • Manage EDI crashes within SAP, processing failures, and resolving issues.
  • Capture fulfilment to customers where requested, allocating stocks to orders.
  • Perform inventory management and quality control, avoiding mis-rotation of stocks and holding/releases from quarantine status upon request.
  • Deal with clients face-to-face, by phone, or email, ensuring queries are managed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate client reports within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure a positive client experience through high-quality service and communication, achieving client retention.
  • Offer detailed traceability reports to clients within agreed timescales.
  • Obtain special costs for one-off delivery points and off-delivery destinations.
  • Communicate with internal teams to achieve query resolution for clients.
  • Maintain a portfolio of clients on a daily basis.
