About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Disabled Students Allowance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to students with disabilities, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to succeed in their studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify suitable study and support strategies for students with disabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend assistive technology and other aids to support students' learning needs.
- Produce high-quality written reports to document students' needs and recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to students.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will have a strong understanding of disability support and assistive technology, and be able to apply this knowledge to provide expert advice and support to students.
