Job Summary:

Found Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Plant Machinery Maintenance Engineer to join their team in West Sussex. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing mobile plant and associated equipment, ensuring the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and service all mobile plant and associated equipment, including forklifts, loading shovels, and large 360 excavators/material handling cranes
Enable the smooth running of the operations team through timely and professional planned maintenance
Maintain the highest safety standards in a fast-moving environment with exposure to mobile plant and all-weather conditions
Showcase a passion for excellent servicing and repair of all machinery, from light vans and forklifts to loading shovels and large 360 excavator/material handling cranes
Demonstrate excellent communication by clearly liaising with the engineering managers to update on job progress and completion times

Requirements:

Positive and professional outlook
Preferably qualified as a plant fitter/mechanic via C&G Light or Heavy Motor Vehicle Repair/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair
Passion for the trade, alongside a knowledge of mobile plant and ability to understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
Previous work with hydraulics and electrical systems would be a real benefit
