- Support the General Manager in operating a compliant and effective care home.
- Lead by example and promote a positive work culture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
