This presents a thrilling opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to venture into the ever-evolving Data Centre sector.
While we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, it would be advantageous for you to have prior experience working on significant projects such as industrial, aviation, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or commercial endeavours.
Mechanical Design Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop quality plans, manuals, documents, and systems to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure that all documentation and certification is complete and checked prior to final handover, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards.
- Documents Control - Reviewing and revising documentation to incorporate changes to company policies, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Reporting and ensuring that the current QA/QC procedures used on projects are standardized and integrated into the Company QA/QC Manual, promoting a culture of quality and excellence.
- Prepare technical submittals, builders work drawings, and record drawings, showcasing your technical expertise and attention to detail.
- Reviewing project documentation, drawings, and calculations as required, ensuring that all aspects of the project are thoroughly understood.
Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements:
- A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification, demonstrating your expertise in mechanical engineering.
* 5+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Proven Experience in Data Centre projects an advantage but not essential, as we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
