Our client, a leading global organisation established for 40 years, is seeking a highly experienced Director of IT Strategy to join their team in Brackley.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the organisation's IT vision, aligned with business goals, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency. This role requires strong technical direction and support, ensuring best practices in software design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing the organisation's IT strategy, aligned with business goals.
  • Managing the implementation, development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrading, and support of organisational IT business management systems.
  • Streamlining deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
  • Providing technical direction and support, ensuring best practices in software design, development, and deployment.
  • Creating written documentation and maintaining it, which may include systems manuals, licence agreements, and all documentation relating to modifications and upgrades.
  • Experience of delivery software implementations (end-to-end).
  • DevOps.
  • Project Management (Waterfall & Agile).

Skill Requirements:

  • Experience with Sugar CRM, Xero, and MS SQL.
  • Strong technical skills, including DevOps and project management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary: £90,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
