Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work with clients with a wide range of neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, and neurological degenerative conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessments, advice, and treatment to clients with complex rehabilitation needs.
  • Maintain a small independent caseload, providing Occupational Therapy assessment and therapy to patients with complex rehabilitation needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
  • Engage with solicitors and case managers to monitor and track client progress and outcomes.
  • Provide supervision, support, and training to junior team members, Therapy Assistants, and students as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and collect activity data/statistics in accordance with company policy.
