Job Description

This is a dynamic role within our Education division, catering to students and focused on providing high-quality, nutritious, fresh, and sustainable food for the younger generation.

Elior is committed to safeguarding children and colleagues. Shortlisted candidates will be required to have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including Children's Barred List, and two suitable references.

Responsibilities
  1. Motivating and managing a team of culinary professionals.
  2. Controlling and managing budgets to ensure efficient service delivery.
  3. Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to enable operational excellence.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 30 hours per week, term time only

Requirements
  1. Genuine interest in customer service excellence.
  2. Focused on the front line.
  3. Proven team leader experience.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised.
  5. Previous experience within catering is desirable.
