Job Summary:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting clinical education placements for undergraduate and postgraduate students. This will involve recruiting future supervisors from the GPN, community nursing, and AHP workforce in line with professional requirements.

You will develop and lead learning sets to support supervisors in meeting their continuing professional development requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate supervision provision and ensure the assessment of students is as required by the provider organisation.

This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will provide leadership for both education and service delivery. You must take responsibility for your own professional development, maintaining a sound level of professional knowledge, skills, and behaviour, meeting professional standards as appropriate.

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
