This role involves delivering engaging lessons to kids aged 4-11 years, promoting a dynamic and fun classroom environment, and assessing student performance.

As an English instructor with The Really Great Teacher Company, you will have the chance to work from the comfort of your home, enjoy a set base rate of $12 per hour, and take advantage of our in-house, globally recognized 120-hour TEFL course for those without prior certification.

To be eligible for this position, you must possess a completed Bachelor's Degree or higher, an accredited 120-hour or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or TEYL certification, two years of teaching experience, and be an English first-language speaker from the USA, Canada, or the UK.

The ideal candidate will also have computer literacy, a clear criminal record, engaging communication skills, punctuality, and alignment with The Really Great Teacher Company's values.

This role requires flexibility in scheduling, particularly during peak hours from Monday to Sunday 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time, with the option to take extra hours on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 AM and 7 PM.
