Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a Labourer to join our client's dynamic manufacturing team. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the engine build line and ensuring adherence to manufacturing Health, Safety, and Environmental principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Core Assembly Manager and Team Leaders to support the engine build line
  • Assist in the lifting and moving of components and engines into lorries or C store warehousing
  • Ensure adherence to manufacturing Health, Safety, and Environmental principles
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve overall operational excellence
  • Take on any additional duties that contribute to the performance of the line

Requirements:

  • Strong safety and quality-driven mindset
  • A proactive nature with a collaborative teamwork approach
  • Experience with lifting and slinging, cranes and other lifting machinery (onsite refresh training will be provided)
  • Current Driving Licence with less than 6 points
