Job Summary
O-I is seeking a skilled Mould Shop Technician to join our team. As a Mould Shop Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our mould shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and repair mould parts to meet specifications
- Perform machining tasks using manual and CNC lathes and milling machines
- Lay out work, make set-ups, and operate shop floor equipment and machine tools
- Utilize hand and power tools, including grinders, drill presses, calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Requirements
- Time-served experience in a mechanical engineering discipline
- Experience with machining parts using lathes and milling machines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
