Job Title: Head of IT Architecture and Planning

Are you an experienced IT professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a proven track record of creating and delivering IT strategies? We are seeking a highly skilled Head of IT Architecture and Planning to join our team at Xpertise Recruitment.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to lead our Planning and Architecture team, driving continuous improvement and enhancing efficiency and quality. As Head of IT Architecture and Planning, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to execute your vision and strategy, developing and maintaining short and long-term IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Planning and Architecture team, driving continuous improvement and enhancing efficiency and quality
  • Work in conjunction with senior stakeholders to execute your vision and strategy
  • Develop and maintain short and long-term IT strategies
  • Oversee enterprise architecture and standards
  • Balance short-term priorities with long-term objectives to ensure they are within budget and technologically feasible
  • Drive technology innovation through market analysis and insights
  • Understand business requirements and demonstrate how technology can help achieve them
  • Provide leadership and guidance to your 2 direct reports
