Job Title

A Permanent Early Career Teacher Position in a Good Rated Primary School in the Bromley Area of London.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teacher to join our reputable primary school, where you will have the opportunity to deliver excellent teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and have a proven track record of delivering engaging lessons that challenge and inspire primary students to reach their full potential.

  • Plan and deliver exciting and engaging lessons that meet the needs of primary students
  • Monitor and assess students' progress and keep regular records of academic performance
  • Create a positive learning environment that is both safe and conducive for learning
  • Collaborate with school management, teaching staff, and parents to provide quality academic support
  • Prepare and participate in school-related activities such as performances, events, and parent/teacher meetings
  • Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children
  • Use effective classroom management strategies to ensure an orderly and safe learning environment

This is a two-form entry school with a Good Ofsted rating, looking for a strong candidate whose personal values align with the school's ethos of high excellence, care for their students, and community.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role will be paid to scale on a permanent contract following the MPS/UPS pay scale within the Fringe of London, estimated to be around £28,000 - £42,000 per year.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A recognized qualification in teaching, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field
  • Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students
  • Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and its application in class
  • Ability to adapt teaching styles to facilitate different learning styles
