About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Receivables Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis.
Job Description: As a Receivables Administrator, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer invoice queries, collaborating with internal teams to identify and rectify billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of resolutions and updating customer accounts accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer invoice queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and rectify billing discrepancies.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as accounts receivable or credit control.
- Proficient in using financial systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Working Schedule: Mon - Fri 08:00 - 16:00
Contract Period: Temporary minimum of 9 weeks
Estimated Annual Salary: £15,624 - £17,000
