The successful candidate will work with existing engineering design software packages, taking direction from software users on requirements for programme output and standardising settings / inputs.

Key responsibilities include cross-software communication, editing code, writing add-ons to upgrade standard commercially available software, and working with industry-leading engineers and designers.

This is a long-term position with increasing seniority and responsibility available for the right candidate, who should be organised and methodical in their approach to problem-solving, data management, and workload management.

Remuneration and benefits package to be agreed depending on experience, with staff, PAYE, or Ltd contract methods of employment available.

Programming languages of particular interest include Python, Java, and Visual Basic, with standard software's to be edited including ACAD Plant 3D, PnPISo, and Advance Steel.
