We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building services, including the maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Preventative Maintenance: Assist in the completion of all monthly PPM jobs, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
- Building Services Management: Complete all Building Services daily/weekly checklists, ensuring that all systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Reactive Maintenance: Manage and complete all reactive calls within a realistic and reasonable timeframe, ensuring that all maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
- Health and Safety: Understand COSHH regulations and guidelines, and assist with the ownership and management of all Health and Safety Management System folders.
- Pool Maintenance: Carry out all Pool maintenance and complete regular pool/spa testing, while on shift and complete fabric-based tasks.
- Chemical Management: Receive and take delivery of all pool chemicals in a safe manner and stored in the correct bunding.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive, productive working relationship with all other staff, and assist the Operations Manager in the prioritization of health & safety management in the Building Services area.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure checking and inspection processes are completed as required and deviations are promptly actioned.
- Health and Safety Reporting: Proactively flag any health and safety concerns to the General Manager and Nuffield Health Operations Manager.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience working within a maintenance facility role.
- Qualifications: 3 Day ISRM Pool Plant room qualification, IOSHH Qualification, and a qualification in either electrical or HVAC.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, excellent customer service and organization skills, and a team player committed to providing a service ethos.
