Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Mango. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized, with a focus on maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising
- Manage stock levels, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock, and ensuring accurate inventory management
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
