The Director of Healthcare Professional Engagement will design, develop, and manage global incentive programs tailored to engage healthcare professionals and patients participating in our market research panels. This role involves crafting a loyalty program that elevates member engagement, streamlines program costs, and presents unique value propositions to healthcare professionals and patients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global incentive programs
  • Conceive and execute a best-in-class loyalty program
  • Track and analyze program performance metrics, making strategic adjustments as needed
  • Provide extensive training and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Superior project management skills
  • Adept analytical skills with the ability to craft financial models and inform data-driven decision-making
