Culinary Team Member

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our talented Kitchen team at the Cultra Inn. As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with our friendly team, develop your skills, and enjoy the variety offered by a role in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the supervision of the kitchen to ensure the Hastings standards of preparation and presentation are maintained.
- Supervise kitchen employees to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen function.
- Promote a harmonious working environment where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
- Ensure quality standards and procedures are fully understood and implemented.
- Provide training and coaching to junior Kitchen team members to deliver effective and efficient service.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with other hotel departments and suppliers.
- Ensure the security of kitchen and storage areas is maintained.
- Ensure kitchen areas, fixtures, and equipment are properly maintained.
- Maintain a safe environment in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene, and security legislation and company policies and procedures.
