Luxury Travel Planner Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Luxury Travel Planner who has expertise in selling high-end travel experiences to discerning clients.

This role entails crafting and designing bespoke holiday types, including luxury tailormade travel, honeymoons, all-inclusive, adult-only, adventure, and family trips.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, impeccable customer service skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their luxury travel needs.
  • Design and deliver bespoke travel experiences that exceed client expectations.
  • Handle a range of worldwide incoming luxury travel enquiries.
  • Account manage clients from start to finish.
  • Recommend luxury boutique hotels and destinations.
  • Participate in luxury FAM trips to increase product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Sales experience within a UK-based luxury tour operator or travel agent.
  • Good knowledge of luxury travel destinations.
  • An experienced travel consultant looking to progress their travel career and grow within the company long-term.
  • Strong work ethic with impeccable customer service skills.
