We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Faculty Leader for English to join our team at Nova Hreod Academy. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students and contributing to their academic success.

The Role
As Deputy Faculty Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing our English faculty, driving curriculum development, and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning practices across the department. You will work closely with our experienced Faculty Leader and a dedicated team of English teachers to achieve exceptional outcomes for our students.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the English faculty, driving curriculum development and improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to raise student attainment and achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver innovative teaching methods and resources.
  • Mentor and support junior staff members to enhance their professional development.
