Job Description
Roundhouse Recruitment is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our client's team in the Royal Households. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and innovation of one of the world's most iconic buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance, including tender processes
- Contracts Management, statutory compliance, and M/E Technical support
- Take charge of building services responsibilities, offering guidance and support to a skilled team of engineers
- Navigate the demands of multiple internal and external stakeholders, making decisions for long-term improvements and efficiencies
- Champion modernisation projects, seeking innovative solutions to maintain our heritage while enhancing our operations
Requirements
We are looking for a Facilities Manager or similar with a hands-on Engineering background, who has proven capability in managing statutory compliance, risk, cost control, contract management, and project management. You will be involved in managing a skilled team of engineers and will be responsible for the maintenance and innovation of one of the world's most iconic buildings.
