Job OverviewMercury Hampton seeks a seasoned Industrial Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our hydraulic components business.

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of hydraulic systems and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers and partners, and have a deep understanding of the hydraulic components market.

This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000-£70,000, depending on experience, plus benefits such as home office, company car, pension, laptop, mobile phone, credit card, and bonus potential.


About the RoleSales Manager - Industrial

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the industrial sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Provide expert knowledge and support to customers on hydraulic components and systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Familiarity with hydraulic systems and components is essential. Proven sales experience in a similar industry is also required.
