Research Scientist

Proclinical Staffing is partnering with a pharmaceutical organization to find a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Scientist to join their team in Reading.
This role involves contributing to high-impact research projects from discovery to advanced clinical development of Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs). Key responsibilities include:
- Developing mechanistic PKPD, population PK, and systems pharmacology models for ADCs
- Establishing a comprehensive framework for modeling ADC PKPD and the Exposure-Response relationship in preclinical and clinical settings
- Potentially expanding research to other antibody conjugates, such as siRNA conjugates (ARCs) or Radioimmuno conjugates (RICs)
Requirements:
- PhD in Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical/Biomedical Sciences, Computational Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with relevant software such as R, Monolix, NONMEM, MATLAB, or similar
- Self-directed and highly motivated with a desire to learn new techniques and pursue research and publication goals
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
