Main Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective cost control strategies
Compensation Package:
  • An attractive annual salary range of £68,750 - £88,750, based on experience
