Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team at The Stage, a champagne bar that serves a range of delicious dishes and beverages. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage tables and ensure that guests have a seamless dining experience.
  • Work closely with the Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure that service is seamless and of the highest quality.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Take payment and handle cash and credit transactions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end food led operation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
  • Impeccable command of English, both written and spoken.
  • A passion for food and beverage, serving guests and providing outstanding hospitality.
